This short safari is ideal for travellers with limited time who still want to experience Tanzania’s incredible landscapes, abundant wildlife, and unforgettable game drives. From dramatic scenery to close encounters with some of Africa’s most iconic animals, this journey offers an authentic and memorable safari experience.
Day 1 - Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by your friendly Naturewise safari guide and welcomed to Tanzania.
You will then be transferred to your accommodation in Arusha, where you can unwind after your flight and get ready for the safari ahead.
Enjoy dinner and spend the night at your hotel.
Day 2- Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, check out from your accommodation and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park.
Spend the day exploring the park on a full-day game drive. Tarangire is well known for its impressive elephant populations, towering ancient baobab trees, and diverse range of wildlife.
A lunch break will be provided around midday before continuing with your wildlife exploration.
Later in the afternoon, leave the park and drive to your accommodation in Karatu. Enjoy dinner and relax overnight.
Day 3 - Ngorongoro Crater-Departure
After breakfast, check out from the lodge and depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Continue to the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, where you will descend into the crater for an exciting game drive. The crater offers exceptional opportunities to observe a wide variety of wildlife in its unique natural surroundings.
Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor while taking in the remarkable scenery, followed by more wildlife viewing.
After completing your game drive, ascend from the crater and continue to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight or connection.
